I have some Itanium 2 ES, However I cannot find any info in the database.
I also have no idea how to decode the part number to find out info such as frequency and cache size.

some general background.. normally these characters are used for bus speed
C = 400
E = 533
F = 667
but other characters have been used in the Itanium 2 range
I, K & W
I think these are internal characters to signify processors that can boot using the choice of 2 bus speeds
QGQX NE80549KW025015
is a Montecito core 9000 series Itanium 2
ignoring the bus character it best matches the 9050
NE Package type: RoHS-compliant micro FC-PGA package with integrated heatsink.
Celeron D CPUs have 478-pin micro FC-PGA2 package. Itanium 2 has 611-pin FC-PGA4 package. Xeon has 604-pin package.
80549K CPU family and Microprocessor core: Itanium 2 (Montecito core, 0.09 micron)
025 Frequency (MHz) or frequency identifier: 1.6 GHz
015 L2 or L3 (Xeon MP, Pentium 4 EE) cache size: 24 MB
- Extra CPU features: None _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

again ignoring the bus character

017 Frequency (MHz) or frequency identifier: 1.4 GHz
015 L2 or L3 (Xeon MP, Pentium 4 EE) cache size: 24 MB
- Extra CPU features: None
there is no equivalent production part matching this configuration _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I found additional information on s-specs with *KW* part numbers. Many of those have 400 MHz FSB, some have 400/533 MHz FSB. There were also *KW* parts with 320 MHz FSB. Based on this I can't tell how the letter "W" can be decoded.
