Edit: Oops, didn't notice the back.
Then don't know.

No it is a Larrabee GPGPU (80611 intel family).. but a very nice find as they never went into production

some background on this chip
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larrabee_(microarchitecture)

That actual part number of the one you have is CA80611002565AA

Thank provide information
Once again, I query to:
It is an integrated GPU, CPU.
Intel already announced will be the development of multi-core Larrabee x86 architecture-based processor (integrated GPU, CPU), the first product, code-named of Knights Ferry has now entered the prototype stage (prototype) developed in the product development process, and has selectively distributed to developers users.
Knights Ferry in a 32-core design, the operating frequency of each core is 1.2 GHz (we know, the more core frequencies tend to be lower), 8MB of cache, integrated 1GB or 2GB GDDR5 memory, supports 128 threads (cores 4 threads). 1/2 GB of GDDR5, although the frequency is unknown, but it is certain that its 3D graphics performance is much stronger than the current Clarkdale core, comparable to entry-level discrete graphics.

In addition, Intel also plans to launch more than 50 core Larrabee x86 architecture-based multi-core processor, code-named Knights Corner, based on the 22 nm process technology. However, in view of the 22 nm technology has been postponed until the end of 2011, it is expected the Knights Corner until 2012 or later to molding.

I have come to the conclusion that it is a of Knights Ferry or Corner.

It is a GPU that uses multiple CPU cores for parallel computations

the part number for Q4AM is CA80611002565AA and the core is listed by Intel as LARRABEE-E-1

Knight's Ferry is actually a processor board using Aubrey Isle processors (a derivative of Larrabee)
Aubrey Isle processors do use the same family part number as Larrabee (80611)
but Intel does distinguishes between the 2 cores in their documentation

I would suggest it is very late development Larrabee just prior to Aubrey Isle samples being available

Knight's Corner part number starts with CA80649.......... the concepts were derived from the Larrabee product
but the actual Knights Corner core is not derived from the Larrabee core

Larrabee was both the architecture & the initial core for the concept which does confuse the issue
