Hello! I am a newbie on here hoping to share some interesting rare items.
My mother bought some items from an estate sale of a gentleman who was a retiree from IBM. He kept EVERYTHING. We just listed some rare cpus which I was unable to find similar of on ebay. The link is:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/9-Vintage-1980s-CPU-ceramic-286-386-ES-samples-OEM-rare-estate-sale-scrap-gold-/271111530270
Please look at our other auctions as well for more from this estate.
We will be listing new items daily such as: electrical equipment, many many computer parts, Keyboards, monitors, lab equipment, old programming software and handbooks.
I would love to know more about these items as well, especially the 386 cpus since as far as I read, all cpus from that run were tested and marked?
Thanks! |

Within the first 6 hours my mom was given 3 different buy it now offers. Already had a bid on it and would rather not go against ebay policy. If it surpasses the offer of 250 I will be amazed. Any more than that and I may need to get a finders fee for doing all the research. >_> |

If I was going to guess at final price I would guess around xxxxxxxxx. Not bad for you guys I would say. Maybe someone else who collects these particular kind of cpus can give a better estimate. But i think either way you will be happy _________________ "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once." A.E. |
