I don't think so. It makes no sense and splits the community of collectors. I won't register at any of the 'new' forums.

Im with frassl here. A non-english forum, no problem (as cpupages is).

But we are way to few yet to populate another english spoken forum. Instead of one growing community, we get several small ones that can not organically grow and will perhaps die.

I was a member of cpu-collection.de for a year and a half before I started using this site. That was an English speaking and very friendly site.

I really have no problem with it.

At a period, there was a lot of activity on Cpu-Museum.de forum, more than here.
Now, it is the contrary, Cpu-Museum.de forum is less frequented, and the posts on this forum have increased a lot...

It is nice to see native language forum. I understand english is most popular and in the same time universal language but I tried to say not all knows this language and not only collectors visit and searching searching help on forum. I hate philosophise ! Smile but I must say I suspect there were many situations when somebody need help but when he saw strange langauge he leave. In native language-forum he can receive more clear and precise answer.

We can suspend french collectors forum as some kind of "clan" too Wink There were many advantages too keep this forum.
