Anyone seen these before? Designed by the rather famous Chuck Moore, and later enhanced and licensed to Harris for use in space applications
First one is an early part with the Mostek MKGD02TG Gate Array markings, second has the actual Novix NC4016 markings. They were made with a 4000 gates on a 3 micron process
