a Pentium MMX overdrive with heat-sink & vrm board removed

twll me the number engraved in top right & codes on die cap and I should be able to tell you what sSpec is was

ahh.. you posted a bottom pic as I typed

looks like 166 engraved
so would of been SL24W V1.0

but if 180 engraved then it would be SL2FE V2.0
