is this common or a fake ??

It is not very common I think.
I just got one C8207 ES like yours.

its up on bay right now....
Also the sspec is known ??? s40037? or this is not Sspec...

s40037 normally appear with C8206, it is ok.
You can find the S started strings often appears for other 286 CLCC.
I remembered I also saw that, the seller has some nice items, but price is crazy, haha
