Check to make sure your heatsink is seated properly and has the proper thermal interface to the CPU.

Check your voltage settings in BIOS. Also, are you overclocking?

I typed up a whole reply how to change thermal interface, but it sounds like you have a laptop.

When was the last time you cleaned out the heatsink? Most likely, you have a dust buildup.

Take your computer to a professional (small-house repair shop, not Best Buy, Office Max, etc) and tell them it's overheating, you just need it air-blasted.

Doing this yourself (given an assumed level of computer competance in your forum choice, and ability to relay relevant information to the problem without being asked), I can't recommend doing this yourself. Using canned air can cause condensation buildup if done wrong, and using a compressor yourself to blow out the dust I have witnessed causing broken fan blades, and worsening of the problem due to fan-clogging dust monsters being let loose from the heatsink. A technician can do this quickly, and there's a good chance the nice guy/gal won't even charge you.

Talking about temperatures without knowing the CPU type is useless.... For some CPU 52 is very very much .. for others is normal ....

As Cedrik said, tell us what processor you have and then someone may be able to say if the temps are normal. What;s good for one processor can be bad for another.
