Intel 80387DX S-specs, or lack thereof

I was going through my Intel 80387DX's and i've noticed that the later datecoded ones, namely after around week 26 of 1990 do not have s-specs on them, or if there is one, it's not obvious. There is one exception to this, a 80387DX-33 SC21, which is week 27 of 1990, but SC21 is kinda a weird s-spec compared to their usual format.

Any thoughts??

they consolidated when they began just making the multi-speed ones (sometimes marked just A80387DX (SZ677) or 387DX16-33

Well, one of them is marked with the full range of clock values for the 387, but then again i have one each the same way that are marked for 20 and 25MHz..
