It depends on model I guess. My server ES multiplier is locked.

It depends on the S-spec number. Qualification samples usually have partially locked multiplier: it can be underclocked, but not overclocked. Earlier samples usually have unlocked multiplier.

Thank you for your answers. I have Q1HZ working but I have tested on my friend's board. Forgot to check multiplier :-/

It has D2 stepping, so it's very likely that the maximum clock multiplier is locked.
