for the last 2 days i have tried to collect some form of information to your question. i finally went to sumsung live chat about your question. i am sorry that we were not able to find out any information for you but in the transcript that will be below this post, there will be a link i would suggest you go to; that samsung linked me to. that will be live chat for the country in which the laptop was sold. this will be your best bet in getting information for your laptop.
