Game only use 35% CPU and it overheats???

The game is called Mount And Blade Warband i strongly think its a hardware problem and the ram rises up to 1,4 gb!

85 (PGA), 100 (BGA) °C are your maximum tempatures. i believe it's 85 in your case.
(i looked back to your older post for your CPU)
if you think it's hardware related, then you should get the whole thing looked over. keep in mind that intels heat sensors arn't very accurate at lower tempatures and only start reading with in range of true tempatures when they near the maximum operating tempature of their respective CPU.

in light of current knowledge of the CPU and it's maximum operating tempature, i would say to look over the cpu cooling brackets to make sure they are all tight on the cpu.
also applying a better thermal paste to the cpu than what is offered by an OEM may help a bit. furthermore you could look into seeing if your fan is still in operating condition. also make sure your laptop is able to breath properly.

considering how many times you've been here asking for solutions to this reoccurring problem, i would suggest some action above be heeded or try to find a new system.

thermal paste being around the cpu is not a good thing. i would recommend artic silver 5 for a replacement. i use artic silver myself in all my cpu changes or repairs. very good stuff.

i did some research about what you described and it seems that the thermal paste was provided from the OEM. they are very cheap with this and it never does a proper job with cooling.

try to remove that thermal paste as gently as possible with a soft kleenex or paper towel. never use a fingernail or anything harder. if the core in the middle of the cpu gets chiped or scratched, the core will be rendered useless. you can gently dig around the cpu core with your fingernail to try to chip away the old paste but a paper towel should be plenty of friction to remove the thermal paste.

once it's nice and clean you should be able to see a reflection on the cpu core. dont forget to clean the paste off of the heatsink as well.

when you apply the thermal paste back to the cpu core keep in mind to use a very little bit. all you want is a thin layer a cross the core. the paste is only meant to fill in the microscopic cracks and crevices. i personally use a giftcard or something similar to spread the paste as it's easier to clean than a finger. i have used my finger as well. if you do just make sure you clean your hands very very well as the paste is toxic.

do not try to run the computer again until new paste is applied. once the thermal paste is broken, the cooling effect is also broken.

as for the video bios, i believe the reason there isn't one is because the intel hd 3000 graphics are added to the processor directly and thus only need to read the cpu as the cpu is also taking care of the graphics.

Every time you removve a heatsink you will need to remove the old paste and apply new thermal paste. If you don't, you will get air pockets between CPU and heatsink and will risk overheating. Be careful not to use too much paste, as that will also have a negative effect. Most people would say an amount about the size of a grain of rice in the middle of the CPU will be adequate, and the pressure of the heatsink will spread it evenly. Don't try to spread it, as that can cause air pocckets.

right now my temperatures are 44c max 51c but it start overheating when i start playing medieval 2 total war and even 2005 games!

What do you expect? Prme95 is meant to test your processor by pushing it to it's maximum, generating heat and testing stability.

If you want your processor to remain cool and throttle down, play minesweeper
