I sure do get a lot of threads locked. I bet I have more threads locked than anyone Embarassed . I didn't realize I was that confrontational...

I still want to do the jacket thing. If anyone will make a image prototype of one I will take it downtown and get it made and then let you all know how much it costs.

I will try and behave Very Happy

tut tut Wink

Well, probably the best idea is to have a material covered in printings of various cpus, then have that material as the outer for a jacket/shirt/underpants whatever icon_ciggy ........
...but this would be far too expensive???

I only collect certain cpus so I would much prefer badges, lifesize, of the chips I like. It could be easy to make thermal transfer badges, but they dont last that long, so good cotton/material badges to stitch on would be nicer. Any idea how much it would cost to have stitch on badges made?

Laughing I cannot believe we are having this discussion.

The 'jacket' should have a logo on it - CPU collectors club or something.

So, whats the name going to be, and who is gonna do the logo design?

I suck at designs... but if someone wants to make a cool design then I will make a jacket and take a photo and let you all know how much it costs.

I also need a cool design for my new company as well... I will offer a free chip to anyone that can design a logo using these letters: TLC (The Liquidation Company). This is a different company than the Chip Broker company that I am trying to buy (we haven't come to an agreement yet).
I will offer a C2704 or a C8080A to the person who creates the logo that I choose.

If I started another thread for this would I get in trouble? This really isn't chip business...

I am not sure what it would cost but I will check. I am in Korea so it would be cheaper here than most places. China would probably be the best place to get them made!

I wouldnt be surprised if they have machines that you feed an image into and it "stitches" the design onto the material.

That was fast Very Happy That is better than anything I have right now! Can you give this to me in a few more colors and fonts? Maybe even move the letters around and make a design out of them? I will select the best one in two days and ship the chip you choose the next day.

Thanks,

Lee

How about.........

tell me your company colours.. things like the font can be hollow, drop shadow effects etc..

edit: wording can be altered.. Drop the 'the' to have Liquidation Company or Liquidation International might be better.

I will start another thread! I will give a chip away for the best design both the jacket and my new business. Hopefully I don't get booted...
