Game only use 35% CPU and it overheats???

yeah but it doesn't throttles like when playing a game
when im playing a game the cpu throttles from 60fps to 20fps but when im running prime 95 the CPU doesn't throttles! wtfff

here you are able to manually throttle your cpu. this should help you with over heating and with throttling, performance loss ect,ect.

if you haven't though, i would recommend changing the thermal compound on your processor to what i recommended. that alone will drop your cpu tempatures.

Fenyal why my CPU throttles while gaming but it doesn't throttles while doing the prime95 test.

perhaps your graphics can't keep up, making it look like the CPU is throttleing when it actually isn't!!

Yes it throttles Because it is at 2390mhz and it lower the performance to 1800mhz

it was the thermal paste guys it was all around the center of the CPU aroun the blackthing in the center i clean it up and accomodate the paste and now it workd perfectly

guys it came back again im so frustrated, in some other posts it says to cap your fps and turn vsync on but the only game that that option worked was lol
In mount and blade warban it ovehreats even when cap at 15fps!!!

BTW the right part of my laptop is warm and there are times where it is extremely hot Helpp

the core i processors get hot. there are times when i game with my core i7 laptop that the heat is hot enough to burn my hand. it's still a stable and operational laptop. you have exhausted every avenue of any chance to "fix" your heat. your temperatures are with-in operational range from the information you have given us.

CPU doesnt throtttle when running prime 95 test!

My cpu max watt is 35 TDP and my games reach like 28-34 watts!!
but when running prime 95 test it stabilizes at 22-23 watts!!
