I've got a few of these neat looking chips, one of which is unopened in its original ESD box. I think it's cool that they're a radhard design, for one thing.. Smile Don't see many 64 pin DIPs with a factory equipped heatsink as well!!

Actually for these chips it is very common for them to have factory heatsinks, I have alot of these in my collection and you can see them here http://www.chiefish.com/TRW.html
One of my favorite style chips Very Happy
I would also take one off your hands as I dont seem to have this part number yet.
