Guys and Gals - I bought this from eBay a while ago and just only now got it under my 'scope. I attach photos below. Any ideas chaps? Cannot find a date unfortunately but it sure looks old.....
The top of the wafer looks gold and the back is a white ceramic substrate. Some numbers and Cyrillic script on it. _________________ best rgds.

Thanks a lot!! - that makes it even cooler!!!! Can I take a copy of your photos? I might sell it on eBay again an a few months after I photographed it and it would be interesting to see the whole device. _________________ best rgds.
