Isn't it great when surprises arrive through the post in the morning?
Today two parcels arrived - One being from CPU Shack who included an extra IBM POWER Chip in his trade with m as a small gift - Thank you CPUShack
And, here are the goodies-> I bought a lot of 67 CPU's, and invariably when I do this I find some little golden nuggets like I have today.
The first was a K6-2 333MHz, It is special because it has been printed differently - note the 66 after the AFR!!!
Secondly, and definately the one that pleased me the most was a PPGA Pentium 133 *WITH* MMX S Spec: SL27C!
See pictures!
PS: and on top of that *ANOTHER* Intel 266MHz PPGA was i the parcel AND a pink Cyrix333! _________________ 4000+ chips.

How much do you pay for gold scrap like that? I have been looking around and trying to find some gold scrap from europe but what you have to pay for shipping alone is not worth the one, two or three chips you get out. Even if it is a NICE(!) 133 MMX. For me it seems better wait and get them on ordinary ebay auctions. But i might be wrong here?
(Yes, a bit of the fun is to go through a pile of cpus!)

2 things:
1. Postage Cost EUR 4.00 !!! makes it 5 €
2. I bought it in a lot of 67 CPU's, inc Postage, including many other chips I will sell for 5 € + over the next few weeks... almost making it free

Pentium 133MMX is fine, one of the rarest Pentium MMX
K6-2/333-66 is common

how can it be common?
I have about 80 K62's here - and only one that has the '66' marked at the end of the chip.
You do know what I'm saying don't you? The part code is:
K62/333AFR-66
on a standard 333 it doesn't have the '66' _________________ 4000+ chips.

Yeah, I know. K6-2/333-66 is less common than K6-2/300-66, but it is not very rare.
K6-2/333 Black print is far less common, for example... |
