qty 1 TI TR1602B-04 40 pin plastic
qty 1 SMC COM2017 white ceramic 40 pin
qty 1 TI SN74LS630J black ceramic with gold top 28 pin
qty 8 HM6264LP-12/14 plastic 28 pin
qty 10 National Semi MM2102-1N 16 pin plastic
qty 4 SYP21L02A 16 pin plastic

none of them are particularly rare or uncommon
2910 sequencer for 2901
1602 - UART
COM2017 UART (made by SMC)
SN74LS630 - Errors detect/correct, TTL

rest are various RAM
