A guy locally is selling a boxed Celeron 400 for 7 dollars. Worth picking up?

Yeah, I would, doubtless. I remember when I saw an unopened, boxed Pentium II for only 5€. I said no Sad *cry* At that time I wasn't collecting CPUs...
