Hello,
I got these ICs from an ebay auction:
Hitachi HDL5J028-0-001, heavy ceramic package, two huge dies inside, 1269 pins.
Does anybody know what these are?
When I got them, only one had the cover still on. The other covers were removed with brute force, some of them even had the silicon broken.
On one of them, one die was completely removed, which exposes the contacts for the flip chip packaging.
