for starters the N8C300I is a rather nice signetics CPU.

I just found the Signetics on Genna's collection too. Unfortuetely I don't collect non-x86 chips. Maybe I really should, but I've already given away many good stuff. Confused

VIC068A VMEbus Interface Controller (By Cypress)
Dunno about the raytheon
EA1500 is a 1K DRM (Electronic Arrays)
the RCA ones are 4000 series CMOS logic chips

According to some patent description CRC8030 is telephone multi-frequency receiver (DTMF??):
