Compatibility of legacy motherboards with Phenom II

I'm doing a mostly legacy build, but intend to use a Phenom II x6 1055T CPU. I will be using Geforce 6800 series graphics card, with one of these motherboards:
Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3
GA-M770-US5
GA-MA770-ES3
GA-MA770-UD3
GA-MA770T-UD3P
GA-MA770TA-UD3
So far as I can tell, everything is compatible, but would like confirmation. Also, if anyone has any preference for one of these boards, I'd be interested in your comments.
