Sorry I dont know.. do you know more about the board it came out of?

I also cant help to notice the solder pull. Have you tried solder braid? Also known as Solder Wick I think.. makes it much easier to remove components from multi-layer pcbs.

I think on bidding it Razz That why quality of photo is bad. I collect only CPUs and FPUs. If it is controller or something else I don't want it.

AM9116ADCB is a 16-bit-slice processor. It belongs to 291xx family, which is very different from 290x0.
