I rescued this NexGen from a scrap lot
Likely the only PF1xx I will be able to afford.
You can clearly see the nice MCM made by IBM for NexGen _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

| Was the ceramic already broken before you opened it or did it happen while opening? |

Good to know how it looks inside. K6 shares core design and the glue
BTW: What is the price for PF? Or how much would you bid at eBay action if there be any? Obviously $500 is too much for everyone. _________________ Looking For Chips 386 J38605DX, Symphony FPU, Rise Tiger, MP6-II, Winchip 3&4, IDT C6-Early Logo, Nx686, Tesla 8088, L80C86, Bulgarian 8088, Pentium 4 QT69ES. |

Can it be still functional?
Die chip is small, and ceramic one is not awfully big, should not reach inner traces.
Absent three capacitors can be in parallel with others.
How are the pins?
Can you test it?
