Here we have a TI 486SLC/33 and an IIT XC87SLC/33 FPU on a carrier board that i assume is meant to upgrade a PLCC 286 CPU.

The logo for the manufacturer is i guess the cube root of 2, reading it literally anyway Wink It might have had a sticker on the Altera part which unfortunatly has gone missing.

Since 286's usually had double the nominal clock provided at the socket, there wouldn't need to be any multiplier , though i guess maybe there's enough logic on this thing to divide or multiply a clock.

I have to agree with Stu. Looks like a Make-it 486 by Improve Technologies. Very nice find. Let us know if you want to sell it, I might be interested Smile

Make It 386

Improve Technologies

funny it has a 486SLC which is a bit better than a 386SX or SLC. I never thought to read the plastic part up close, i figured it was just a standard part, not custom labeled.

not sure if Make-it 486 or Make-it 386

Think they made different versions of both
different processor on board and speeds
also different board interface

Here is one Make-it 486 made for 386 PGA board
