Hi, I have some SGS 2708 and 2704 but not been able to find any data either, presumably programming is the same as Intel?

Hi,

Not sure for timming. For electrical value it probably same value. I use Intel clone without problem.

Use value for more respect EPROM not programing time.

I have make a programm on a old French Alcyane system for Write and Read/compare until same value and after write again 10 times with 10 times is the lower time for write a value. Finaly a value is write for 10 to 20 times. Maximum on my programmmer is 100 times. One time is 1ms and maximum is the maximum for datasheet, after it stop on error. I don't lost Data after one year with 10 to 20ms.

For Vpp it a fixed value with diode and it is just lover the good value and works fine. It is the real problem but it is possible clone have not same current when programming.

I have >26V without EPROM and with clone i have <25V. On scope, i start at >25V and finish at <25V.

Asume a good Vpp between >25V <26V
