My last scarp lot on ebay several days bidded by a 1 feedback guy, and finally he left it unpaid, and no reply and explaination as well... this make me angry!!!

and then I decide to add limitation for some auction for low feedback bidder.

PS: Kos, I guess the zero feedback buyer is a new member skyline here, he will pay soon I think:)
