The curious thing that searching the part number in google gives one result to computer history museum (Intel donated one such CPU to them as I understand). Unfortunately no specs are provided.

just got this Pentium M Q950 ES

information on this site says its a Dothan wit 1867MHz but my system recognizes it as a Banias with 1500MHz

writing on the edge says: C30106 01 YA4

My latest find in a scrap lot of Pentium Gold Tops is this Pentium 75 SX977
Very Rare I think Very Happy
Looks to be the same week as the only one recorded on the pentium timeline
and I love the fact it ends in 0001
