Socket 478 Pentium 4

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where to get a socket 478 Intel Pentium CPU that has the NX bit set. I would like to be able to install Windows 8, but I am unable to because every time I attempt to install Windows 8, it comes up with an error every time it starts to install. This is from my Intel Pentium 4 stats taken from SysInternals Coreinfo:

The Coreinfo output is a bit confusing. The '-' after the feature name means that the feature is not supported, and the '*' means that it is supported. By the way, there are no Pentium 4 socket 478 processors that support the NX feature.

Thank you for explaining the Coreinfo output, as well as the P4 with no NX feature.
I think on another site, Toms Hardware, someone mentioned that only one P4 suported the NX bit, but it wasn't the one I have. So can I guess that there is a P4 that supports NX bit, but not a socket 478?
I really appreciate the quick turn around on my question.

There are Pentium 4s for different socket (socket 775), that support NX.
