both cpu-galaxy & cpu-zone have them listed as HP House number for C2102

Edit.. These have been noted as HP parts in a lot of forum threads.. but thinking on it.. extremely unlikely to be a HP house number ..
I would expect them to start with 182x xxxx

Double edit.. 1449-xxxx are Lockheed Martin part numbers
still cant confirm they are 2102s but Operating Temp Range is +0.0/+70.0 deg celsius

So Lockheed like HP House number are independent of manufacturer
Here is some AMD made 1449-1112
http://www.ebay.com/itm/121167797715

another edit
This guy has a board with D package 1449-1112 plus other part numbers (including NS MM2102AJ 14491112)
http://www.vintagecomputer.net/burroughs/
http://www.vintagecomputer.net/burroughs/Burroughs_RAM_1449-1112or2102.jpg

He has it listed as Burroughs but I think there was some confusion as the B1800 series Burroughs had similar marked part numbers
On side note all his other Burroughs boards are marked with Burroughs logo.. this one is not

but checking each of the part numbers on the board, each come back as Lockheed Martin part numbers

4002 actually Vss/Vdd pins 5 and 12, which is where the common power traces appear to be running

Hmmm Fluke, as I recall you can find 4004 Chips in some Fluke Multimeters so likely they are 4002 Chips
