Ive got two mobile P2s here that I can't really identify.
One has a heatspreader covering the core that refuses to come off, the other has the core exposed but theres not really any info on it. I cant even find an sSpec or clock speed.
Here's what I can find on each one, any info would be appreciated.. both are MMC packages..
chip 1:
AGPset
FW82443BX
SL2VH
on the back:
IW0321DUI
PBA 748705-551
PMN50001101AB
second one is slightly different, and has 3 additional chips on the back.. two appear to be sram and are labelled 845BE02-SH 200MHZ
a chip on the back (sram controller?) is labelled SL2UL
other markings:
W22109012
AA 718497-413
PME23305001AA
AGPset
FW82443BX
SL2T5
and the processor portion itself is labelled L844A203

Example: PMN70001201AA
The PTC will consist of 13 characters as identified in the above example and can be broken down as
follows:
AABCCCDDEEEFF
Definition:
AA - Processor Module = PM
B - Celeron® Processor (.18µ) Mobile Module (MMC-2) = N
CCC - Speed Identity = 700, 650, 600, 550, 500 or 450, etc.
DD - Cache Size = 01 (128 KB) (02 (256KB), 05 (512KB) for PII)
EEE - Notifiable Design Revision (Start at 001)
FF - Notifiable Processor Revision (Start at AA)
For other Intel Mobile Modules, the second field (B) is defined as:
Pentium® Processor Mobile Module (MMC-1) = C
Pentium® II Processor Mobile Module (MMC-1) = D
Pentium® II Processor Mobile Module (MMC-2) = E
Pentium® II Processor Mobile Module With On-die Cache (MMC-1) = F
Pentium® II Processor Mobile Module With On-die Cache (MMC-2) = G
Celeron® Processor Mobile Module (MMC-1) = H
Celeron® Processor Mobile Module (MMC-2) = I
Pentium® III Processor Mobile Module = L
Pentium® III Processor Mobile Module Featuring Intel® SpeedStep™ Technology = M |
