In my endevour to put a timeline of early Intel products & lot numbers I ended up purchasing this lot that I thought would help.
I have the belief that a substantial amount of Intel early products were custom marked as they were supplied to OEMs
I need to do some more research but I believe these are all 1103s, be it that some are custom marked.
Interesting are the clones made by AMI & Signetics and the standard 2nd source Microsystems Int
Also the lot seems to confirm that Intel likely used 3 digit dates on some early product
somewhere between week 39 & 49 1972 seems to be the change over when 4 digit dates were used on all products _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
