Hello,
in fact these chips are MSI FET gate arrays.
The logic complexity is about 70 NAND gates per chip, plus some minimal I/O circuitry. They are designed with a specific logic syntesis software developed by IBM in the late '60s and manufactured by IBM itself.
Another example of a IBM card made with these chips is the motherboard of the 3740 Data Entry System.
IBM logic arrays are usually contained in MST-styled aluminium packages.
