It seems that HP made the PA-7000 in 2 packages, one with 2 heatsink lugs, and later one with only one

1FZ3-0001 - (9133) 2 lugs
1FY8-0002 - 2 lugs http://www.chipdb.org/img-hp-pa-risc-7000-6710.htm
1fZ3-0005 - (9210) 1 lug

what other versions do you guys have?

1FY8-0002 isn't a pa-7000 but a PCX (CMOS26B), a pre pa-7000 cpu

Ok.

Added the two above and moved the previous one to an own category

(This is not my main collecting field, there may be errors in categories or chip sorting. Apologies if errors found and suggestions welcome!)

Wow, I'm glad I saw this thread, since the 1FY8-0002 is mine in chipdb.
Is it still a CPU and should I label it as a PCX?? Confused

Unfortunately not
probably it's the MMU because FPU has the Texas Instruments logo
