Thank you Neon! That makes sense considering where I got it - they must have been doing evaluations on it.

It fits into a Socket AM3 MoBo so I was going to try it - I think it should work as the frequency and voltage info are supplied by the CPU itself - correct?

It probably won't show up correctly in Windows as the BIOS won't be updated for that processor's ID, but it should run like any other Regor core CPU - correct?
