I'm trying to find full datasheets for intel 80486 DX-50 and 80486 DX2-50.

The only thing I can find from intel is the 486SL or embedded versions. Nothing related to desktop versions.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

once you have the Intel part number for the data sheet.. it becomes easy to find more copies & different revisions

so for 80486DX you can search using "Intel 240440 PDF"
or PDFs are often saved as 24044001.pdf for Rev 001 or 24044005 for rev 005.pdf

Rev 001 of the 486DX only includes 25 & 33MHz.. not sure which rev was first to include the 50MHz
