help on DHL package tracking - aka trouble with zee German

Hi

stuck with a DHL package. Have not received it after long waiting.

the tracking is:
RM117109680DE
sending time is Day//Month//Year ..: 17//01//2014
I can get nothing from the Deutsche post website.

(BTW I paid for this item at 16//12//2013)


can anyone help?

The seller of this item emailed me about it a while back (since he is shipping some other stuff to me)

He says he has asked DHL to track it.

It apparently made it to China, then stopped

And the worse thing is the transaction is out of ebay buyer protection policy. as it is too late. I am always trust ebay sellers with 100% positive feedback. Am I wrong in this case?

and the seller speaks and send me tons of impolite words and curses on me

She replied on the comment that she did a investigation on the package and the post said that the identity is wrong. Maybe the seller has written a wrong name on the package...

But I still think that solving the problem on a peaceful way might work. Why don't one of you ask the seller to contact the Deutsche Post again and make sure they've the right name on the parcel?

I am very scared by tons of threats she shoot on me. She send a billing invoice asking for 3500usd.
She gave me wrong delivery date and wrote my name wrong.
Till now I still have no idea where the parcel is.
