Lol, what a "Spinner" as we say here in germany.

So where is your fault that she/he wants to charge you with so laughable amount of money?! You paid and she shipped it to a wrong adress? Her fault, inform ebay/paypal, the law is on your side.

Btw: If possible use the german version of the tracking form, it's more up to date.

BTW - just try and sue anyone in China and see how far you get...... what a load of rubbish she is spouting. It would be best to publish her eBay ID so we can all avoid the hassle.

I wouldn't do that, because that can become a problem in germany (ok, this forum isn't hosted in germany nor operated by a german citizen).
But to avoid more trouble you shouldn't publish her ebay nick till everything is cleared.

My personal sight: she's doesn't want to sue you, because if she really wants she wouldn't tell it x-times but rather do it. A charge of $ 3500 for a negative feedback at ebay is also unrealistic for germany (german ebay I think, so the german law and ebay toc will be relevant). I wouldn't pay anything.

No serious business woman would act like this and with certainty no business woman with fabs in china.
You can't run a serious business in germany if you acting like this.

I had requested to change the negtive feedback to positive feedback. But need the seller send me a feedback revision request then I can do this.

I am unlikely ti get my money back as the transaction is more than 45 days later according to ebay policy.

Of course I hope the parcel will arrive eventually.

All the others requests from her I will choose to neglect. This is all i can do now.
