I'm working on collection display it's almost done so I want to share it with you.
First - I'm using "hacked" IKEA Detofl cabinet (I bought it used with additional shelves ).
Sorry for poor photos but I'm using "idiot camera"
To do list:
- print descriptions (you can find empty stands on photos)
- make better light - one LED spot is not enough
- hide light cable (it's gonna be hard - glass on every side)
- change glass shelves to plexi (nicer and lighter)
- and add more cpus to display
As stands for cpus I'm using coin stands made from plexi, you can see closeup on photos below. These stands are cheap as chips (around 25 eurocents/pc) but you have to wear gloves to avoid grease traces (I'm feel so professional wearing these during moving cpus )
I have also few higher stands to show small chips
I'll post more photos when it done. _________________ --

| Very nice. I have to open a box to see my cpu's. With this display you can see them every time. Nice work. |
