this is the second time today when i saw a photo like this on Ebay... Is this a scam so the cpus looks like ceramic ones?

Looks like either 5 ceramic and 2 plastic or 4 and 3 to me. I doubt it's a deliberate scam, although the picture could be clearer to show what you would be getting

i guess only IBM and K6 are ceramic.. one green celeron and 4 non ceramic athlons (one of them palomino)
