Yes, I think they are both mobile ES.
Top is Athlon XP-M socket 563.
Bottom is Athlon 4 socket A, the writing says 700 MHz maximum / 500 MHz idle and 1.4 V

First chip looks like a Duron DHW0950BLS1B
same die but there is some difference on the layout

I have for sale one naked and one with deleted writings (but still you read QUAL UNIT on it)
I still have also an Athlon ES for sale |
