Though the feature page has done its job Smile

just wondering why the end time is sometimes out and listing disappears off auction feature section before it actually ends?
Normally is only a few hours but with Joshua listing it is out by over 2 days

due to listing on ebay.com.au?
or being the first 10 day (normally I hate them) auction?

end was taken as
September 19, 2013 08:51:40

actually end date will be
Sep 22, 2013 02:31:54 PDT

On a side note.. I notice linking into CPU-World on the listings has a noticeable effect to the web traffic to the site Wink

It is limited to 7 days. So, if you have a 10-day auction then it will be featured for 7 days, and then it will be turned off.

Yes, it adds to the traffic. It's difficult to say how noticeable it is, I gave up looking at Apache log files long time ago due to their huge size. By the way, thanks for linking!

not sure if due to being 1 day auctions.. but "Post featured auction" system won't accept them as it says it can't determine end date & time

unless there is an issue with the ebay server

for 1 day auctions

You're right, the script won't work for auctions that end in less than 24 hours.

Perhaps in this case it didn't determine the end date correctly. What is the auction number?

The "Featuring your auction" feature is broken. The new server has a different version of tools, used by my program to pull the auction title and the end date from eBay. I do not know why, but the newer version of tools does not pull all of the data, while older version did it without problems. I'll post when I fix it.

I fixed it, you should be able now to post new featured auctions.
