Hello, I received chips from AVICC and received the chips A1 from hugo929 (http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22501).
They are very easy to open and some photos of my cellphone (sorry for that) are:

Some clue to solve the mistery of what is this chip???
