I wonder what's that Fujitsu silver top in the first lot. It might be very useful for die shots if it's some early SPARC or something else interesting. Then those gold cap dips might also have some interesting ones for die shots but it's not possible to see what they are.

Unfortunately, that lot likely gets way too expensive for me to just get a couple chips for die shots. Those broken ones might have been very useful, though.

Usually fujitsu CPUs start with MB89xxx, this could just be a gate array.

OK, so looks like there's nothing interesting under that silver Fujitsu lid. It just looked like those CPUs when markings weren't readable.

However, can you show what those DIPs are there? They might have some more interesting dies inside. I hope I could find some interesting chips in addition to those two Motorola.
