Do you have any idea what is it?
I put it out from old APC UPS. Is it a CPU or controller?

It's microcontroller from Intel MCS-51 family made by Philips. Most likely 8051 or 8052.

...yup they signed a contract with Intel to put their name on the Microcontrollers for the APC's.Alot of companies do that.
I got one here it's Intel and AMD Laughing can you imagine those two together Laughing

Figuring that AMD made half od Intels stuff since Intel didnt have the fab capacity and AMD did.

Not to mention the several chips that Intel actually liscensed from AMD.
