I don't think anyone has figured out how to tell the speed of the non-marked ones yet.

I found this set of Intel RapidCAD SZ624 and SZ625 processors on the original small motherboard.
I think this board is rare to find so I plan to leave these chips on the board.

nice one, board itself is fairly normal (RapidCAD would work in most any 386 board with a PGA socket for CPU and FPU

particularly on the 486 boards there was a whole bunch made with fake cache chips, chips with no dies in them. Sold as 256k cache etc, but in reality only 64k or no cache

I read the article and at least on my board the BIOS chip and Cache ram are socketed. Wink

Got my first IDT 7M624 Gold multi-chip memory module. Came off of a wire-wrap board with all the chips in sockets, so may have been experimental or for military use?
8 gold chips are on the bottom side also.

You're welcome.
I'm working on lighting mine up on a breadboard in the near future. I'll post here when I succeed. Smile
BTW, I have a set of 5 of these displays on Ebay now.
