My very best wishes to Noel. So sad to hear...
The same should happen to the shooter one day. Hopefully even worse.
I think you might put up some surveillance cameras around AVICC to prevent someone escaping from his crime...

Sad to hear about Noel, but maybe she will fully recover without surgery.
I hope you can find out the culprit and make him pay for the medical bill!

One of the most stupids things i see in YouTube videos its shooting animal videos! from the xray pics i think its looks very like .177 air gun pellet.
My detective feel, suggest to look for stupid neighbors kids...
