FV80503200 a 200 speed but the s-spec says 233

Hi - just taking apart an old computer and was looking at the CPU. The part is an Intel FV80503200, The spec is for a 233. I have spent the day looking at CPU's and can not find a single one that has the SL27S spec on the FV80503200 part. Is this common? POsted a pic of the chip in the chip spec section

But why would anybody fake a 233 into a 200? Or do you suspect a 166 remarked with inconsistent sspec and speed?
