similar part numbers (68030) and similar mask set #s (68HC05)

what package is it in?

So I got some new info about the chip:
Its a custom motorola for DPT (distributed processing technology, made SCSI Controllers).

Print:
DPT
DPT1008B
SC414184FT
2F23G
185-IEAE9618


in a QFP144 package.
I think we can find this chip on an old SCSI controller from dpt?!

It was used on the DTP PN2044W SCSI Controller.
Your tip with the 683xx seems to be correct, could be a 68340.
