In the spirit of brotherly love and all that I am offering 9 of these for sale at the same price I paid for them plus a tiny bit for postage. First come first served and all that.... they are on the way to AVICC now hence no photos of the actual dies BUT I expect them to look GOOD.

$6 each.

Die number 10 will go to aberco when I send him the next package of wafers and wafer bits.

vlasta.. I would hold off on selling these before they arrive.. you may be disappointed

these are dies for Schottky detector diodes from early/mid 80s and only 0.4mm square

diodes often come in packages same as dies.. I have been caught out on the odd occasion
